The Virtex® UltraScale™ VCU110 FPGA evaluation kit from Xilinx® is the perfect development environment for evaluating the performance, system integration and bandwidth provided by Virtex UltraScale devices. Kit highlights include the Virtex UltraScale VU190 FPGA, 4GB HMC memory, 1Gb RLDRAM 3 memory, four CFP4 optical interfaces, a 28Gbps FCI backplane interface, a 20-GTY Interlaken interface, 144-Mbit QDR II+ SRAM, and two FMC HPC Interfaces.
