The card is a member of AIM’s family of PCI Express based XMC-Mezzanine (ANSI/VITA 42.3) modules targeted for embedded MIL-STD-1553A/B and MIL-STD-1760 applications.  The card is designed to meet or exceed vibration requirements as specified in ANSI/VITA 47 for class V3. It is also designed to meet the shock requirements specified in ANSI/VITA 47 for class OS2.

The card can boot up autonomously after power up making this an ideal solution for MIL-STD-1760D and other embedded applications requiring fast and autonomous boot up to operational mode in addition to MIL-STD-1553A/B.  An onboard IRIG-B analogue time decoder is included with free-wheeling mode for time tag synchronization.

AIM’s XMC cards utilizes the latest AIM Common Hardware Core to deliver low power consumption and high performance for rugged environments and embedded applications.

STRONG SRT 4622 Satellite TV Receiver Repaired

In order to make sure that the LNB DISH and Signal Cable are working fine, I installed another good receiver to the end of the line and I received a very beautiful and sharp picture and this indicated the LNB dish all the way down to receiver were working fine. This means the problem for sure is the receiver set. Note:  LNB stands for  low-noise block  and the function is to  receive the very low level microwave signal from the satellite, amplifies it, changes the signals to a lower frequency band and sends them down the cable to the indoor receiver unit. After opening the cover, the first thing I checked was the output voltages from power supply.
