Super Gel 9: Low Viscosity & Resilience

image
This two component, urethane modified epoxy system cures readily at room temperature to form a soft, resilient, gel-like system with dimensional stability. Super Gel 9 has extremely low viscosity and exotherm, enabling it to be cast in larger sections. Its combination of properties enables it to be used for encapsulating sensitive electronic parts and sealing delicate optical components.

UV25: Incredible Thermal Stability

image
Featuring a remarkably high glass transition temperature of 186°C, Master Bond UV25 offers exceptional thermal stability over the broad service temperature range of -60°F to +500°F. This one part UV curable system bonds well to glass, surface treated metals and plastics such as polycarbonates and acrylics, among others. Additionally, this material is optically clear with a refractive index of 1.55 at room temperature.

FLM36: Uniform Bond Line Thicknesses

image
With its convenient handling and standout properties, it’s no wonder that Master Bond FLM36 is becoming the biggest film star in adhesives. It features superior flexibility and toughness, as well as remarkably high strength. The B-staged film even retains its strength at high temperatures. Additionally, it has excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties.

MB600S: Silver Conductive System

image
Master Bond MB600S is an aqueous based sodium silicate coating formulated for applications where electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI) shielding is required. Tested according to IEEE 299, 2006 methods, this system was as effective as the aluminum reference with a shielding effectiveness of 95-105 dB, from 100 MHz to 2 GHz. This environmentally friendly system is water based.

MasterSil 153: Self Priming System

image
As is true with silicones in general, Master Bond MasterSil 153 offers remarkable flexibility and high temperature resistance. It is an addition cured silicone systems that does not require air for complete cross-linking. This system offers easy processing with a one to one mix ratio, by weight, very low exotherm and no by-products are released while curing.

EP62-1: Impressive High Temperature/Chemical Resistance

image
With a glass transition temperature over 170°C, Master Bond EP62-1 is a two component epoxy system that has an exceptionally long working life at ambient temperatures and cures rapidly at moderately elevated temperatures. Also noteworthy is its outstanding chemical resistance to acids, bases, many solvents and other chemicals, even at elevated temperatures.
