Data Converters
12-Bit, 1.6/2.7/4.0 GSPS RF sampling ADC with JESD204B interface
The ADC12J4000/2700/1600 devices are a wideband sampling and digital tuning device. Texas Instruments' giga-sample ADC technology, with maximum sampling rate of 4GSPS (2.7/1.6GSPS respectively) and minimum sample rate of 1GSPS, enables a large block of frequency spectrum to be sampled directly at RF. An integrated digital down converter (DDC) provides digital filtering and down-conversion. A DDC bypass mode allows the full rate 12-bit raw ADC data to also be output. This mode of operation requires 8 lanes of serial output.

Automotive, low-power, low-noise, 16-bit analog-to-digital converter for small signal sensors
The high degree of integration (PGA, dual matched current sources, precision temperature sensor, internal reference) make the ADS1120-Q1 one of the smallest system solutions for thermocouple and RTD measurements at the 16-bit level currently available on the market. The ADS1120-Q1 can measure single-ended signals when the internal PGA is bypassed which is important for general voltage measurements in automotive applications. The limited set of SPI commands and register settings ease the design with ADS1120-Q1.
