  • Whatever you think about using location data from autos, the issue is going to continue to remain a controversy.  Data privacy advocates urged the California Privacy Protection Agency on Wednesday to fulfill a mandate from Prop 24, passed in 2020 by voters, to give consumers an opt-out right. Automakers and insurers have a different viewpoint.
  • Startups in quantum computing are buying other startups as the field matures. Quantum Machines in Tel Aviv acquired QDevil from Denmark. The combined entity now has 100 employees. - Matt Hamblen
